It will also be released as a special two-disc DVD/CD combo package that will include clips from behind the scenes and the making of the concert. The twin-pack DVD/CD combo will be available exclusively at JCPenney stores and online at jcp.com and AOL.com in August.
Songs included in the special are among others “Next To You” by Sting, “Who Says You Can’t Go Home” by Jon Bon Jovi and “Be Without You” by Mary J. Blige.
Sting stated: “I think we need to create opportunities for kids to become better human beings, to become responsible human beings. We can’t just sort of sit there and watch the TV and expect the world to get better. Everybody has to have a responsibility and a job to do. I think kids need to be given clues as to what their potential is. Throw them into a situation where they have to explore that potential and become higher beings, become smarter.”
