According to the BBC, Live Aid II is to take place in Londons Hyde Park. Indications for this are among others that the Princes Trust has cancelled its annual Party In The Park concert that was scheduled for July 2, thus making way for the possible event.
The Mirror added today that among the stars lined up are Joss Stone, Elton John – who may duet with the Scissor Sisters – Sir Paul McCartney, Madonna, U2, Robbie Williams, Coldplay, Oasis, The Who and Eminem, Annie Lennox and … Sting. All will be performing for free.
