STING, ROXY MUSIC AND THE ROLLING STONES HIT THE ROAD AS SUPERGROUP

From September 2010 on, Sting will join the “Move the earth into a green paradise” world tour which will consist of a supergroup made out of Sting, Roxy Music members and the Rolling Stones. The tour will be operated solely on green energy, and will only make use of green transport, so no planes will be used except if they fly on bio fuel. The tour is to kick off in South America so as to be able to have enough solar energy to generate the necessary power the days ahead of each gig.
The tour will be sponsored by US and Iraqi oil companies who promise to give 1% of all profit to good causes. Tickets will be printed on recycled paper by Live Nation and will only be available through solar powered kiosks in the cities where the tour will perform.
