On the 8 January edition of the Martha Stewart Show, Martha and Trudie Styler practiced yoga. In fact, the episode was shot in front of an audience of 51 yogis, who practiced yoga for the entire hour-long taping. Highlights include an empowering “warrior” workout with Styler, and an overview of three different styles of yoga: ashtanga, iyengar, and vinyasa. Styler has practiced yoga for years and has just launched the first of five yoga DVDs. She recently told the Daily Mail that she practices for 45 to 90 minutes every day, no matter where she is.
