3 CONCERTS TO PROMOTE NEW ALBUM

Sting.com announced that “Sting will be playing three intimate concerts during October 2006 in New York, London and Berlin to launch his forthcoming album “Songs from the Labyrinth”. The show in London will take place at LSO St. Lukes, an 18th-century Grade 1 listed church that has been restored to become the home of the London Symphony Orchestra’s community and music education programme. The concert is currently scheduled to take place on the evening of Wednesday, October 18 although there is a chance that this date may change to earlier in the month.” According to some sources, this concert will be filmed for a new live music series for BBC1 entitles “The BBC1 Sessions”. (unconfirmed)
While the London gig will be open to the public, the New York and Berlin ones seem to be restricted access only.
